Day of Coordination
You have planned everything, and just need someone there.
This package is designed for the couple having a micro wedding of 50 guests or fewer. Who have handled the planning themselves, but want someone there to make sure everything comes together seamlessly on the big day.
I’m here to support you, your vendors, and your guests, without taking over the day you’ve so thoughtfully planned.
Event Support
You'll have access to my support 30 days prior to your event date. When you book, we'll have a consultation call to walk through your plans, priorities, vendors, and exactly how you need me to support you.
We'll also have 1–2 in-person meetings to finalize details, walk through logistics, and make sure we're completely prepared for the big day.
Event Day Timeline & Layout
Build a simple event day timeline, create your ceremony and reception layouts. Make sure everything you've planned flows smoothly and realistically.
Wedding Rehearsal Coordination
Coordinate and run your wedding rehearsal so everyone knows where to be and what to do
Light Decorating
Assistance with simple setup and décor details
8 hrs of Event Day Coordination
Vendor management and communication, keeping the day moving according to the timeline, troubleshooting any last-minute hiccups, and supporting your guests.

Month of Coordination
You’ve done most of it. I’ll help you finish and execute it.
This package is for the couple who has most of their vendors booked and their overall design well hammered out. Who wants someone to step in, help tie up the loose ends, and bring everything you've planned to life.

Planning Support Starting 60 days prior
We’ll start with a consultation call to go over all the initial plans, priorities, and where you need the most support
From there, we’ll stay in light communication that will gradually increase as your wedding day gets closer

Need a vendor or two to fill in the gaps? I can recommend trusted vendors based on your needs and vision

This package is designed for the couple who wants to be fully immersed in the celebrations and less immersed in the planning. From the moment you sign the contract, Snow & Co. becomes your wedding planning sidekick, personal assistant, and behind-the-scenes problem solver.
I’ll help take your ideas from “We have no idea where to start” to “We’re getting married!”
